Spatz™ athletic shoe covers includes an elastic fabric upper member sized to snugly conformably fit over an athletic shoe covering at least the mid-foot region of a shoe upper portion and extends under at least a portion of the shoe sole. A zipper is provided in the fabric upper member to form and open-able seam, enabling the wearer to remove the athletic shoe and attach the cover on the wearer’s foot without removing the cover from the shoe.
Spatz™ athletic shoe covers combine function and form, providing additional support and protection against loose shoe strings in addition to an aesthetically pleasing uniform team presentation. Spatz™ are constructed from nylon-Lycra® material used on professional uniforms, enabling them to snugly conform to cleats. Comfort and support is ensured, as elastic at ankle comes just above the top of the athletic shoe, similar to sports socks. While elastic at toe provides additional stability.
Spatz™ wearers will replace the hassle of taping and un-taping their cleats before and after games, saving time and money. Spatz™ wearers represent all levels of teams from pee-wee, intercollegiate, and professional leagues. Spatz™ can make any old worn out shoe look new.
Spatz can be used with molded, spiked, or screw-in cleats. They are machine washable, but only with like colors. Tumble dry with low heat.
